Returns Policy

We understand there is a general returns policy of 14 days, however please note this policy is not applicable to ‘made to order’ furniture.  We will however consider a return in exceptional circumstances as long as the purchased item has not been assembled and it must: 

  • Unopened
  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Not be damaged
  • Be with the original packaging and labels
  • Be with its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you elected our assembly service and we have removed your packaging to be destroyed, you will sadly not be in a position to benefit from any returns policy. You would have been given a chance to inspect the products after
assembly and before our team left your premises and you are accepting the item and waiving your right to return the items. This does not affect your statutory rights to return defective products and goods which are damaged.

What will happen if my request is accepted ?
If your return request is accepted, weʼll arrange for your item to be inspected and collected only if the inspection is passed. You will be required to make a payment of £130 towards the costs of re-arranging the collection to cover any costs incurred during the re-collection process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you are not happy with the item, please let our delivery team know before they leave your premises. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item; please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you, Exceptions / non-returnable items If you have used the item, the item has absorbed smells from your home or there are any signs of tampering, we will regrettably be unable to authorise the return of your item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to select a new item for us and we will deliver the new item and collect the old item at the same time with any balance payments if the new item is a higher cost item. You will incur delivery charges as usual.

Refunds
Once we have inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded in accordance with your original payment method. Please note it can take some time. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you paid by cash, you will be refunded in cash. Any deposits taken for bespoke or made to order items, which include all beds from our website or showroom, are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 days for the funds to reach your account.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any-time within 96 hours from the date of delivery. just contact us and we’ll cancel it and give you a full refund as long as the above conditions on returns are met.
